Responsibilities: Oversees the ComplianceControl team in St. Louis. This position reports to the MD for REL/SLC. Oversight includes the exam/audit function, originations, fulfillment as it applies to CMI and compliance engine. This position will also interface with all levels of business management, regulators, auditors, outside reporting agencies, etc. From time to time special projects and duties may be assigned from a ComplianceControl perspective. College degree, 10 years of experience in the ComplianceControl field preferably within a financial institution. Individual must have managerial skills with respect to staff . Project management skills and ability to met deadlines, etc are a must..
