Requirements: Licensure Preferred - 1-2 years acute care experience is required - Home Care experience is preferred Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and the direction of the Physical Therapist, and within established agency policy and procedure, the Physical Therapist Assistant provides a variety of physical therapy services in the home care setting. The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled care in a community health setting, including health maintenance rehabilitation and health promotion, which supports the total person. This is accomplished within an interdisciplinary plan of care. .
