Responsibilities: The candidate for this position must be specialized in the Claim filing process post Foreclosure Sale or Loss Mitigation Workouts. This person will have knowledge of all claim types for Government, Conventional and Home Equity loans and understand the timing of when these claims are due and the risk associated with untimely claim filing. This candidate may be responsible for training other associates in all aspects of the claim filing process as well as auditing vendor files to ensure compliance. This candidate will be responsible to communicate with our vendor and investors on a daily basis which will require a high level of professionalism. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in addition to the ability to problem solve and analyze claim inventories to understand risk pockets that may occur. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be flexible to changing priorities. 3-5 years experience with Default Mortgage Servicing-specifically with claim filing is preferred. Knowledge of routine concepts, practices and procedures. .
