Position Details
The Vice President of Talent Acquisition, is a key leader of one of the centers of excellence within the Human Resources department. The primary role of the function is t manage a recruiting team that interfaces with HR Client Relationship Managers to source, assess and hire the world’s best, most diverse talent.
- Direct the company-wide recruitment initiatives for talent acquisition across multiple locations.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, to include systems technology, candidate sourcing, branding image, vendors/suppliers.
- Identify primary recruiting performance metrics and monitor effectiveness.
- Operate as a key member of the HR leadership team and business partner with senior/executive management.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of key personnel, including senior level executives.
- Responsible for employment policies, working closely with internal labor counsel to ensure legally compliant policies at all sites.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required. Masters Degree or MBA is highly preferred.
5 (consecutive) years experience managing a recruiting function of at least 15 recruiters hiring a minimum 2000 employees per year is required
8 - 10 years human resources management experience is required, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Human Resource professional certification (i.e., SPHR) is highly preferred
Strategic planning skills and experience in implementing performance metrics.
Broad knowledge of current and innovative recruitment, candidate assessment and selection techniques, and systems technologies is required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
Focus on quality and customer service.
Thorough knowledge of EEO/AAP guidelines and laws is essential in this role.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills are required.
Strong networking and relationship building abilities are required.
Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic organization is key in this role.
Travel required (~20%).
