A well-established company heavily involved in Precision Machining is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for its organization. You will be directly responsible for the CNC Machining, Assembly and Logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include departmental budgeting, cost reduction programs, implementing MFG logistics policies and goals, warehouse management, production planning and purchasing, and manpower analysis. Must be able to manage multiple areas of operation and multiple production functions, mentor staff and create employee retention strategies, and create incentive and motivational programs. A Bachelors Degree in Engineering is a big plus, but 4-10 years of related experience is also welcomed. This company is offering a strong base salary plus bonus, full benefits package, and relocation assistance and temporary housing (if needed) for the right candidate.
