WJIM Mutual Financial Management and Investments, Corp, is a Business management consulting company. We help Small and Mid-size businesses achieve their financial goals by providing the tools they need to be more appealing to their customer bases and their employees. We also help them generate more customers/clients locally, Statewide, and even nationwide to. We provide Payroll Services, 24/7 Answering Service, Inbound Sales Service, Marketing and Advertisement service, Tax Preparation and etc.

Compensation

We are operating on a commission only basis and our Account managers potential earnings is $71,500+ during the first year base on 1st tier sales goal, plus up to $10,000 Bonus for exceeding sales goals and different sale competitions.

Duties and Job Minimum Requirements for Account Manager (Sales) and Independent Contractor (sales)
• Our Account Managers (Sales) and Independent contractors (Sales) sale our services to small and mid-size businesses and maintain a good professional and ethical relationship with these customers/clients. Our Account Managers evaluate and assess the Potential clients businesses and business practices and recommend services that can help the clients GROW their Businesses to the NEXT LEVEL.
• Account Managers are require to call or visit each client to make sure that the plan is working for the client and recommend plan of action
• Account Managers maintain an ongoing relationship with the upmost professionalism, ethic and enthusiasm with our clients.
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts and business management
• Job required consistent daily travel from business to business
• Be eligible to work as an employee or independent contact in the United States Of America, proof is require.
• Not in need of Visa Sponsorship as it is NOT AVAILABLE (US).
• Have access to the internet, a printer, and a fax machine.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent ( AA Degree or more preferred)
• 1 year or more of Sales Experience required.
• Have a valid State Driver’s License (US).
• Have means of Transportation.
• Clear State and/or Federal Criminal Background Check.
