Responsibilities:Work independently with all levels of staff developing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reports and analyses as part of the PF&A team responsible for MITRE’s strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Key Functions-Create monthly officer metrics -Create and analyze corporate health metrics -Design and prepare MD&A -Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for CFO/CEO; continually enhance or supplement reports provided -Provide budget and forecast support -Perform ad-hoc projects -Create a single FP&A repository -Explore creating a store front on the MII -Assess the continued value of FP&A Sharepoint siteRequired Education/Experience:Bachelor's, plus 6 years experience or the equivalent in job-relevant work experienceDesired Education/Experience-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Admin. -Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and financeRequired Skills:- Prior government contracting experience
