„« WORKING WITH SALES FORCE AND OUTSIDE PARTNERS (ACCOUNTING FIRMS, AND OTHER CONSORTIUMS) TO SUCCESSFULLY DELIVER MONTHLY TARGETS.
„« ACTIVELY PURSUING TO REALIZE DIRECT PERSONAL MONTHLY TARGETS.
„« SYSTEMATICALLY TARGETING AND VISITING SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESSES IN ONTARIO.
„« WORK WITH ENGINEERING TEAM TO ASSESS PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR SR&ED ELIGIBILITY.
„« SELLING, WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION, THE SR&ED OFFERINGS PERSUASIVELY, PERSISTENTLY AND CONFIDENTLY TO SENIOR COMPANY OFFICIALS. MANAGING MULTIPLE ONGOING CLIENTS.
„« DEVELOPING AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE SR&ED PROGRAM AND THE ABILITY TO INTERPRET LEGISLATION.
„« KEEPING UP-TO-DATE WITH INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND TRENDS IN THE WORLD OF SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING.
„« PLANNING, ORGANIZING AND EXECUTING ENGAGEMENTS ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET.
„« ORGANIZING, PREPARING, AND CLEARLY PRESENTING INFORMATION TO OTHERS AND RESPONDING TO THEIR QUESTIONS IN ONE-ON-ONE AND GROUP SITUATIONS.
„« CONTINUOUSLY UPDATING DATABASE OF CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO ENSURE INTEGRITY IN THE DATA FOR MANAGEMENT REPORTING PURPOSES.
„« ATTENDING MEETINGS (I.E. SALES & MARKETING, ACCOUNT MANAGERS BI-WEEKLY OPS MEETINGS, ETC.), AS REQUIRED, AND ASSISTING IN FACILITATING TRAINING / BENCHMARKING INITIATIVES.
„« WORK COHESIVELY WITH MARKETING TEAM TO INCREASE BRAND EXPOSURE (AND TO FORM PARTNERSHIPS WITH BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS).
CLIENTS:
„« PARTICIPATING IN CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND EFFECTIVELY CLOSING DEALS AND PRODUCING RESULTS, AS PER MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY TARGETS.
„« EXAMINING OUR CLIENTS' TECHNOLOGY, PRODUCTS AND OPERATIONS TO DETERMINE WHICH R&D ACTIVITIES QUALIFY FOR INCOME TAX INCENTIVES.
„« PRESENTING ASSIGNMENT DELIVERABLES TO CLIENTS, WITH PARTNER AND/OR PRINCIPAL AS APPROPRIATE, & ENSURING CLIENT SATISFACTION.
„« SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPING AND MANAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
„« MAINTAINING REGULAR CONTACT WITH CURRENT CLIENTS TO IDENTIFY AND COMMUNICATE SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES.
„« REGULARLY ATTENDING CLIENT MEETINGS WITH PARTNERS TO REPRESENT IN DELIVERING SIGNED CONTRACTS.
