Job Responsibilities : Develops implements and evaluates educational / training strategies, including such methodologies as coaching, facilitation, developmental experience, and mentoring. Research, assesses and analyze employee / organizational structure, needs, processes, utilizing available information and soliciting additional information through focus groups, interviews, and consultation with management / executives / business analysts, etc. Engages in continuous study of the entire professional field to maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. Completes required continuous training and education, including department specific requirements. Researches best practices, market trends, internal and external best practices and makes recommendations for changes in practice. Seeks and hires vendors and manages participants timeliness and budgets. Maintains accountability for ensuring project / program effectiveness, proactively resolving issues / problems and seeking additional support as needed. Collects, analyzes and reports data and communicates to management / executive team, as appropriate. Communicates, collaborates, and networks with managers, executives, analysts, members of the team and others to facilitate continuity and coordination of services. Implements workforce planning strategies. Maintain performance management system integrity. Individual assignments as management may direct. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the organization. Provides information to senior levels of management on the implication of policies and procedures being formulated and recommends specific action. Ensures that required documentation for activities within areas of responsibility is performed in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Requirements : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent. Five years related work experience in developing and implementing organization-wide learning curriculum. Experience in effective written and verbal communication skills. Maintains effective communication with peers, department and client group. Knowledge of Organizational Development and Human Resources. Training needs assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation skills. Ability to facilitate group and individual training, team development and conflict resolution. Individual consultative skills, demonstrates leadership and teaching abilities. Strong coaching, consulting and negotiating skills. Knowledge of adult learning theory. Process or operations analysis skills. Knowledge of performance improvement / management. Ability to take initiative, multi-task, manage details and meet tight deadlines with high volumes and multiple interruptions. Ability to make quality, independent decisions. Proven ability to build relationships with and influence a diverse range of audiences, including senior management. Strong focus on customer service, responsiveness and listening. Demonstrates a helpful positive attitude. Flexibility, patience, and openness to change in a dynamic environment. Ability to perform quantitative analysis. Strong business judgment. Thorough knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations. Demonstrated ability to work on sensitive/confidential matters and data integrity. Proficient on computer, including word processing, presentation, and data management programs. 20% travel to regional offices required.
