Job Responsibilities : Participate in formal and informal sales training to gain new ideas; learn about products; gathers industry knowledge and improve telephone-selling skills; and achieve level of technical skill needed to demonstrate software. Interface with various departments to coordinate information and obtain answers to specific inquiries. Gather, share and communicate customer suggestions for enhancements. Coordinate aspects for requests of proposals. Provide customer feedback regarding our products and services that will assist FSCs responsiveness to customer needs and concerns.

Job Requirements : Intermediate level of technical skills required to complete assignments. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has working knowledge of the organization. PC Skills: Ability to work in a Windows environment including Outlook and a contact management system. Decision making: Possess knowledge to know when to refer issues and when to handle them personally. Motivation: Demonstrating enthusiasm and excitement about our products and toward achieving sales goalso High quality standards: Accuracy, neatness, and attention to detailo Organizational skills: Ability to establish priorities to meet goals and to organize into materials into professional formato Excellent communication skills, oral and written. High School degree or equivalent.
