Job Responsibilities and Requirements : Four year college degree preferred and at least two to four years of directly related secured commercial lending experience with exposure to credit analysis, real estate lending, UCC issues, bankruptcy issues, Federal taxation, cash flow analysis and loan structuring. Loan collection experience preferred and/or at least one year lending support experience. A comfort level in working with strong-willed customers in an adversarial atmosphere is necessary. Strong written and verbal presentation skills and the ability to handle several on-going tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines are required. Attention to detail and visual and mental concentration are necessary for working at computer. Previous responsibility for administering secured credit relationships for a financial institution is preferred.
