Contractor Job Description:
This contractor will be responsible for all of the research and take main part in historical data conversion, data mapping validation, set up the data mapping dictionary, generate SAS dataset ,provide support in doing analysis, develop and modify database loading logic and models related to data ensure risk team can adapt to the SAS data mart environment quickly, set up the reuse macro library and expand on the user manual to research the income and asset source for credit card accounts, and other relative ad hoc Jobs.

Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of and experience with financial industry, statistical simulation, financial modeling and data sampling techniques; experience managing and working with large databases; strong programming *SAS SQL) background, effective written and verbal communication skills; strong teamwork skills; and relevant work experience.

Requirements:

- Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other degree with relevant work experience
- Hands on programming experience in Data management technologies, particularly database design and management tools, including but not limited to SAS, SQL, Access and VBA
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to focus on and give attention to details and documentation
- Ability to work in a high-intensity work environment with a keen desire for comprehensive and timely deliverable
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and ability to diagnose problems and prescribe solutions
- Extensive experience in programming statistical code (primarily in SAS) in a PC and Unix environment; capable of managing large data sets and performing complex data operations, including data mining and manipulation to support analytical methods and database management.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective time-management, with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks and/or projects.
