In order to keep up to speed with our growing list of clients, we too must grow. However, quality over quantity is vital to Our growth. To facilitate this growth, we must find trained, quality candidates to expand our organization. These candidates must be extremely skilled in the fields of sales, management, training, and online social media, marketing and advertising.
Initially we train people on the above fundamentals, but we further train the candidates for advancement. The remainder of the training is discussed with the recruiting staff during the hiring process.
Job Summary: Engages in sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned goals, aggressively identifies, pursues, and maintains new accounts, while maintaining the existing client base.
This company is an Online Marketing and Advertising Firm that would train you on their product line and you would in turn speak with any and all small to mid-sized business’ offering our competitive and affordable services throughout the u. s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales prospects through cold calling, physically negotiating with decision makers, online research, and referrals
- Schedule appointments with key decision makers to conduct needs-based consultative sales meetings
- Conduct marketing and advertising assessments to assist in creating unique solutions to meet each clients' needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to review Online Marketing and Advertising products and solutions
- Generate revenue, and exceed attainable monthly sales quota
- Understand and stay on top of current trends within the Online industry; communicating to clients why Our Company is the best choice for their needs
- Confirming quotes and securing customer approval on contracts with management
- Completing quotes, emails, voicemails, and other administrative functions
- Be able to Work independently
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated overachiever with a strong desire to succeed. Our Account Executives come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to experienced.
Entry Level Account Executives are responsible for the following:
-Meeting or Conferencing daily with various business owners and potential clients to present them with services our Company provides.
-Assisting in the daily operation of a start-up company.
-Developing and implementing original training techniques and tactics to achieve internal goals.
-Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment.
-Managing external customer needs.
-Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of developing and closing new accounts preferred; however we will consider entry level sales candidates as well
- Strong presentation and effective communication skills
- Basic MS Office/Outlook knowledge and internet savvy
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong negotiation and understanding of bidding/estimating
- Highly disciplined, out-of-the-box thinker who is independent, entrepreneurial, confident, and a well-organized self-starter
- Team oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
