ERS Antenna has specialized in the Electromagnetics industry since 1994. We have opportunities for Antenna Designers with (Phased Array, Beam Steering / Electronically Steered, Helical, Spherical, Horn, Yagi) experience, Radar Cross Section designers and Analysts, Low Observable Engineers, Radar Systems Designers, Infrared Signature Analysts, and Guidance Navigation Control experts servicing a variety of industries and applications to include but not limited to:
Ground Based and Airborne Radar Systems for Electronic Warfare applications, Airborne Collision Avoidance systems, Reconnaissance, Ground Penetration Radars, Missile Guidance systems, RCS Range Operations, Radome Design and Rocket / Turbine Propulsion etc.
Integrated Product Team Member on an Active Electronically Scanned Antenna Program.
4-6 years of Experience and a bachelors degree in Electrical engineering, with concentration in Antenna Design or Systems Design for Radar, Communication and/or EW Systems
You will be Responsible for execution of tasks required to accomplish integrate product team objectives for the design, development and manufacture of RF/MW antenna products for airborne, ground, naval and space based applications.
Security Clearance is desirable, but not mandatory.
This position will require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.
Understanding of Electromagnetic theory and components to design and development of antennas and subsystems for radar. Electronic Warfare, and communications, applications, basic circuit theory, transsmission lines. Computer skills including: C/C++, MatLab, Fortran, UNIX C-Shell scripts, UNIX Operating System, and standard desktop software.
We would also like experience or background in design and analysis of radiators, Ant feeds, networks, RF/MW circuits, RF Microwave components design .
Antenna farfield , nearfield testing.
MSEE in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Antenna Design or Systems Design for Radar, Communication and/or EW Systems.
