Location : Newburgh, NY

Salary : Competitive (DOE) + performance based bonus + partnership
opportunity available after 5-6 months

Benefits: 3 weeks vacation 1st year. Malpractice coverage. Full benefits, medical,

Note: Partnership and bonus percentage will be discussed at time of interview. Bonus it's
annually/biannually, specific percentage will be discussed and agreed with provider at
time of interview.

Summary :

Client multispecialty group is looking for an Internal Medicine board certified in Pediatrics.
2nd choice is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, 3rd choice is Family Practitioner
comfortable handling Pediatrics. Comfortable working in both outpatient and inpatient
setting.

Patients per day: 30 (15 in clinic, 15 in hospital) Provider will work in two facilities:
outpatient clinic and hospital, half-a-day on each.

Patient population: 80% adult, 20% child/adolescent

Please note bonus will mainly depend on the revenue they bring to the group.
Compensation may also increase if provider agrees to sign a 5 year contract.

Bottom Line :

1. Internal Medicine board certified in Pediatrics. 2nd choice is Board Certified in Internal
Medicine, 3rd choice is Family Practitioner comfortable handling Pediatrics. Comfortable
working in both outpatient and inpatient setting.
