Description:

We need professionals willing to work outside of our office. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with experience in customer service. Since you will have the freedom to work outside of our offices, you will be required to own your own computer with high-speed internet access. You can choose your own hours and if you have your own laptop, you can perform your work from the location of your choice. Our employees have a lot of freedom and flexibility in job duties and often work completely independently of management.

Responsibilities

* Transform escalated customer inquiries into positive interactions.
* Speak clearly and concisely in all communications.
* Meeting and exceeding any and all metrics as required by the client.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

* Self-motivated, accountable & results-oriented individual with “can do” attitude
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
* Independent worker with ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Facilitating relationships with our customers.
* Natural sense of creativity.

Compensation:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
