Security Guard/Doorman (Upper East Side)
We are looking for Security Guards who have residential or concierge experience to work at a residential building in Manhanttan.
GREETER/FRIENDLY TYPE IS A MUST!
Duties Include:
1. Announcing visitors,
2. Accepting packages
3. Maintaining a clean and organized lobby

$10.00 Per hour to start, plus union benefits.

OVERNIGHTS ONLY! WEEKENDS A MUST
(NO DAY SHIFTS, NO MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)
There are Part-time schedules available.

TO QUALIFY YOU MUST HAVE:
1. NYS NON-DRIVER ID CARD OR DRIVER LICENSE ID CARD
2. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, PERMANENT RESIDENT ALIEN CARD,
OR ALIEN WORK AUTHORIZATION.
3. SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
4. EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
5. PUNCTUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!
6. You MUST be able to READ/WRITE and SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY
