An Executive Assistant is needed to provide administrative support to the chairman and CEO of a major corporate company. Primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Handling administrative responsibilities for the Chairman and the entire Executive team
Calendar Management and expense reporting and prepare company correspondence
Prepare all relevant materials for company and management meetings
Prepare presentations and executive packages utilizing superior Excel and PowerPoint and Illustrator when required to do so
Assist the management team with special projects and other assignments as needed
