NGD Holding, LLC d/b/a Kitchen Prospect, a Miami based kitchen, closet, and bathroom cabinetry retail sale company, is looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager with an extensive knowledge of the industry and of European cabinetry/kitchen products.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be in charge of the overall management of our company’s sales and business development department. S/He will direct and monitor our showroom’s business activities including the financial operations of the company, the sales performances, the level of inventory, the orders placed, the schedules pertaining to sales, deliveries and installations, the personnel’s performance and training, customers’ satisfaction, etc. S/He will also monitor industry trends, define and oversee all marketing, advertising and communication strategies and implementation, and liaise with higher Management in the U.S. and in France, with the Sales and Marketing Departments of our French entity and with our foreign European suppliers.
The Sales and Business Development Manager needs to have proven management and decision-making skills in addition to a strong experience in the retail kitchen/cabinetry industry.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in the retail kitchen/cabinetry industry;
• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen/cabinetry sales, marketing, and/or commercial leadership experience: directing sales and marketing teams, and developing strategies to improve business performance;
• Must have a solid experience in designing kitchen/cabinetry - especially European kitchen/cabinetry products;
• Must have extensive supervisory/managerial skills, ability to lead, guide and train employees, to multitask and to interact with all categories of team members;
• Superior managerial, negotiation, planning, organization and customer-service skills;
• Ability to handle challenges and experience with development of kitchen/cabinetry business activity preferred;
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have the ability to meet clients’
needs;
• Multilingual preferred: English/French required to communicate with our French
affiliate company and suppliers;
• Professional demeanor and excellent presentation.
