Celgene Corporation has an opening in Berkeley Heights, NJ for a Lead Analyst, IT (15001678) position.

Duties: Lead associate for Celgene’s SalesForce and Veeva system. Interact with end users to identify requirements. Configure and develop Celgene’s SalesForce/Veeva systems to meet customer requirements. Provide technical leadership to architect, design and implement software suites. Implement, maintain and support the systems throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Upgrade and enhance systems, to increase systems reliability. Create SDLC documentation, and ensure alignment to the overall SDLC and Change Management processes. Identify and fix existing and potential issues and design matters in the overall system and solution architecture. Monitor, and perform level 3 troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose complex systems problems. Contribute to the development of standards and operating procedures for the application environment and the development of new service offerings.

Qualifications
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, and 2 years of professional experience in the job offered or related capacity(ies). Alternatively accepting a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, followed by 7 years of professional experience in the job offered or related capacity(ies).

Must hold Veeva Administrator Certification.

Experience must include:

1. Software Development Lifecycle management
2. SalesForce and Veeva design, development, implementation and testing/QA of
clinical software
3. SQL
4. Visual Force programming
5. Apax Data loading
6. Java Scripting
7. Knowledge of Tableau Analytics and sparkler integration with SalesForce
8. Good written and verbal communication skills
