Job Opportunity –

Job Title: 3D VISUAL EFFECTS ANIMATOR

Job Duties: At this position, the candidate will create three-dimensional images depicting objects in motion or illustrating a process, using computer animation or modeling programs. The candidate will apply three-dimensional scanning technology to create visual effects for television, video games, and movies.

The candidate will also design complex graphic and animation, using independent judgment, creativity, and computer programs. He or she will participate in design and production of three-dimensional artwork by using computer software, making objects or characters appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, shadow and transparency, or manipulating static images to give the illusion of motion. The candidate will edit animations and effects on the basis of feedback from directors, other animators, game designers, or clients.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Work Location: At employer’s office located in Torrance, CA No travelling is required.

Salary – $49,691.00 per year.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements –

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Animation or related fields.
