RARE OPPORTUNITY FOR EXCEPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL- Well established and growing calibration lab, based in Southern California, seeks qualified Technical/Lab Manager. This is an exceptional career opportunity for the candidate with the desire and drive to succeed, prior Cal lab Manager experience preferred but not absolutely necessary. Must have formal training and be familiar with all aspects of a Calibration lab including: extensive RF/Microwave and general purpose test equipment, the knowledge and use of automation and be familiar with ISO 17025 standard. Knowing how to calculate uncertainties and budgets a huge plus but not necessary. Must be customer service oriented, have good communication skills, able to lead and be a team player.
