Downtown company seeking someone to work full-time from April to September as Receptionist in their high rise office suite, handling the day-to-day administrative activities of the firm, including answering the telephone, greeting investors and guests, distributing mail and packages, collating reports, printing and binding presentations, maintaining their contact database, filing and copying documents, managing office supplies, scheduling and setting-up meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing other functions as necessary. They are in the process of expanding their offices and are looking for a resourceful assistant to support their team of investment professionals in a fun, fast-paced, and high-energy environment.

Required Skills:
The Candidate must be proficient working with PC-based computers and using standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat), as well as utilizing the Internet as a search tool. Having experience with is a plus. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines and commitments, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The Candidate must have the ability to multi-task, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional appearance. The ideal Candidate will be a highly-motivated, self-sufficient individual with prior reception and/or switchboard experience, as well as familiarity supporting executive management members in a dynamic and professional office environment. Hours 8 A M to 5:30 P.M. - Parking paid.
