Serves as the key resource for leading, supporting or delivering high-level Rewards initiatives.
Drives and supports the delivery of Compensation services and programs. Provides project management support or leadership for key Rewards initiatives.
Performs analysis and research for Rewards programs, including but not limited to Executive Compensation and Benefits areas.
Designs, implements, and delivers project plans for key HR-Rewards initiatives, collaborating with other key members of the broader Rewards and HR teams.
Conducts research and stays abreast of relevant Rewards topics, including but not limited to accounting/tax issues and governance topics, aligning programs to the industry’s best practices.
Provides support for audit or compliance requests through internal or external agencies.
Interfaces with key business partners and vendors regarding Reward programs, including but not limited to executive compensation and benefits, to ensure reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations are addressed.
Works with Corporate Legal department, or external advisors, on required disclosures and submissions. Interacts with appropriate business partners to complete efforts.
Provides counsel and support on all matters related to compensation for executives and benefits.
Communicates effectively with executives, HR or Business partners on a global basis.
Assists or leads special Rewards projects, often with a scope beyond a single Rewards area.

Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
Barriers to entry such as technical committee review may exist at this level.
Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
May supervise the activities of others.
In-depth knowledge of compensation (executive, broad-based, or sales) theories, principles, and practical applications
Strong understanding of securities compliance, accounting rules and tax laws relative to executive compensation.
In-depth technical, specialized knowledge within benefits in health, life, AD&D, disability, defined contribution pensions and other benefits programs within multiple markets globally.
Analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Advanced statistical techniques.
*Related field of study from an accredited university is required.
Typically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Exp.
*Related professional experience working in Human Resources, including experience with executive compensation, broad-based compensation, or sales compensation in a corporate or an advisory role.
