My client is seeking a Clinical Operations RN Manager to lead its Surgical Services department in Seaside, OR.
This facility is the largest employer in Seaside Oregon, and is the 3rd largest in the county.
The Joint Commission has awarded this hospital Hospital its Gold Seal of Approval for Hospital Accreditation.
They are continuing to implement High Reliability Organization training and will begin preliminary work on Pathways to Excellence in 2018.
This is a Community Access Hospital with 4 busy Operating Rooms and 1 Special Procedures suite.
The team is heavily focused on Ortho surgeries, but performs ENT, Uro, and General cases regularly.
This team has received high patient satisfaction scores, with staff members who exhibit a good skill mix (some tenured and new team members).
As the Manager for Surgical Services, you will be responsible for all aspects of its operation.

Required qualifications for this position include:
*Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN).
*Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
*Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.
*American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider within 6 months of hire.
*5 years in nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles.
*Various disciplines may have additional requirements.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's degree or higher in a related field.
National Certification from American Nurses Association (ANA) or professional organization in relevant field of clinical expertise.
Formal coursework in management, finance, and other administrative subjects.
Previous management experience (4 or more years as an Associate RN Manager or Surgical Services Manager).
National Certification (CNOR).
