Greenville Place is the premier Assisted Living and memory care retirement community in Greenville, SC. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Sales Director for both buildings.

Position Description: The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy. Sales activities include giving tours, closing sales, out-reach, cold-calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, closing sales, and holding community events.

Requirements: Must have at least 3 years working in Greenville, SC market. Strong sales background (preferably within retirement care) as well as proven track record of lead generation and closing abilities. Ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with outreach, networking, and garnering referrals from the community at large. Must have a high degree of comfort with technology systems, specifically database systems for tracking and following leads.
Candidates will also have professional communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and coordinate events. The candidate must be a self-starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills. The ability to be on call and work weekends and holidays is also necessary. Interested candidates must disclose compensation history and/or requirements for consideration.
