At my clients location in Beloit, they are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry.
The company has approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison.

The Internal Audit Manager is extremely important to the team.
A key role within the Global Internal Audit function, the North America Internal Audit Manager reports directly to the Group Head of Internal Audit.
You will be responsible for providing assurance for the North America region and have an opportunity to take full ownership for a significant part of the Group audit plan allowing you to deliver full end-to-end audits and own stakeholder relationships.
As a team member, you will support the development of the yearly planning process.
Effective and efficient planning and execution of audits and reporting in line with Group Internal Audit plans including planning, fieldwork and reporting is a key part of this role.
This role also has an input into the ongoing development of the Internal Audit function and over time internal progression is expected to other opportunities within the wider organization.
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.
CPA, ACA or ACCA is preferred but not required.
Prefer 8 plus year’s experience for this position in a multinational company.
Prefer prior management experience as you will manage a team in this role.
In this role, you will travel up to 40%.
