Capital Senior Living is a premier owner and manager of senior housing communities around the country. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our management team as the Regional Operations Manager. This leader will oversee communities in the Texas region, which is to be defined.

Description: The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of each community within the Region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to budget control, human resources management, resident relations, property maintenance, risk management, and marketing. This position will oversee operations of a portfolio of communities throughout the state of Texas.

•Seven or more years’ experience working in senior housing as an Executive Director or three or more years’ experience as a senior housing Regional Manager supporting multiple communities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills
• The ability to work on multiple projects and solve complex operational, budgetary, and human resource challenges is critical
• 60% + overnight travel
• Individuals in this position are expected to work beyond normal business hours, on weekends and holidays or to fill open Executive Director positions’ when necessary or as assigned. Scheduled hours may change to meet the needs of the Region.
