Crosswood Oaks is an Active Independent Living Community located in Citrus Heights, CA. We are looking for an experienced Office Services Manager to join our team. Job responsibilities include handling payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent roll, resident files, supervising a housekeeping staff of (4), purchasing supplies, answering phones, coordinating office paperwork and other office manager duties as needed.

Requirements: Qualified candidates will have 2 or more years of general office or bookkeeping experience, including experience with AR/AP and Payroll. Good office management skills, ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions and the ability to work general office equipment with a working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel). The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills, an attention to detail, pass a drug and background check and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
