POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is for an expert in Web based user interface development to take a lead role in developing the user interface for the company’s Controls products which are used by multiple users in the cloud or on standalone computers to remotely control Controllers. The person filling this position must have experience in leading teams of developers and be able to grow into a project lead or group management role.

The successful candidate will:
Be an expert in the development of Web based user interfaces
Provide outstanding personal leadership, goal setting, and staff development
Foster creativity and innovation
Interface with marketing, sales, and quality to deliver expected results
Participate heavily in all phases of product conceptualization, justification, requirements definition, development, implementation, and launch
Design and implement a web based user interface using Angular, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, Tachyons, and CSS
Develop responsive UIs for desktop, tablet, and phone
Ensure high performance UI on mobile and desktop
Coordinate with the back-end developers in the process of building the RESTful API
Write code to communicate with external Web Services (Web API)
Deliver code in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS that is tested, idiomatic, and well documented
Write and debug code that will work across different browsers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent from an accredited university
8+ years of Web development
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills
Experience in leading teams of developers
Exceptional knowledge of web based user interface development processes
Expert in Angular, Redux, and JavaScript/Typescript
Proficient in CSS and HTML 5
Knowledge of C# and .Net
History of increasing responsibilities with proven track record of achieving good results
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills
Prior experience with project management functions
High energy and an enthusiastic attitude, desire for continued learning, and a willingness to take on difficult challenges
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with JavaScript ES6
Experience with SASS/LESS
Experience with SignalR
Experience with Git or Perforce
Experience with Jasmine or other Unit Testing system
Proficient with popular build tools such as npm and yarn
Experience in Cloud Development
