Striim, Inc., Inc. has an opening for a Director of Operations for a position in Palo Alto, CA.

Job Duties:

Plan direct and develop company’s channel partnerships program for expansion into global market and develop international partnerships and channel strategies for growth. Direct the day to day operations and management of company’s global channel partnerships program by onboarding channel partners and resellers (e.g. system integrators, IT services firms); monitor pipeline of international deals and ensure resources are properly allocated. Monitor the financial reporting and operations of international subsidiaries. Design and administer sales compensation schemes for account executives, sales development representatives, sales engineers and field engineers using pipeline forecasting and financial modeling compliant with company objectives, requiring coordination and partnering with Legal, Human Resource, Sales, Finance and Payroll ensuring all sales compensation plan contracts and sales commissions are timely made. Manage sales and opportunity pipeline operations and corresponding systems as part of Sales Operations role, including managing the Sales Process and CRM system, sales pipeline analysis, registration of bookings, overseeing process quality and priorities in the sales management area and enhance workflow processes, business analysis to automate systems. Provide Sales documentation review and process, including nondisclosure agreements, sales orders bookings and invoices.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Management, Business or related field and 2 years of pre or post Master’s experience as a Director, Associate Director, Manager or related within the global IT, Sales or related services industry.

SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience to include:

2 years of pre or post Master’s experience in commercial negotiations in the international business arena.

2 years of pre or post Master’s experience of financial analysis and financial modeling using Excel.

2 years of pre or post Master’s experience in strategic planning.

2 years of pre or post Master’s experience providing strategies for business development and innovation activities.
