Bilingual Customer Service Representative needs 2 years experience
Bilingual Customer Service Representative requires:
 CSR in warehouse or logistics environment
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Ability to make decisions, trouble shoot and problem solve independently and with the team
 Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and coordinate efficiently
 Attention to detail and accuracy
 Good people skills
Bilingual Customer Service Representative duties:
 communicate and satisfy our customers’ needs.
 They will work closely with the Customer Service Manager, Trainer and other Customer Service Representatives to understand the department goals and visions.
 The Customer Service Assistant acts with a sense of urgency, is solution-oriented, approachable, professional and takes great pride in working with customers to deliver an experience that meets or their expectations.
