NYS solid waste recycling and clean renewable energy firm seeking project-finance professional. Requires working with small financial team and senior management to support development and project-financing and bank debt/equity structures. Parent company looking to finance/construct several of these type project companies. Financial duties include expansion of existing operating company. Requires overall project-finance projections, construction, operational and tax finance reporting experience. Requires IT skills for spread sheets, power-points, presentations, road-shows, negotiations with capital funding lenders. Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
