Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage the tactical execution of digital marketing projects, drafting content for digital channels and other day-to-day activities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate overall social media protocol for local-market communities to enable visibility to potential and current resident families
• Draft and post content on multiple social media channels, monitor activity, respond to questions and comments with support from product management and technical support, and gather monthly analytics
• Develop email campaigns and distribute using email marketing software
• Draft content for website and make updates to websites using CMS system
• Work alongside Digital Marketing Manager to help develop overall planning and monthly recommendations
• Support local communities with their Facebook pages and email marketing


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing or related field
• Related internship in marketing, public relations or communications to 2 years relevant experience
• Writing skills; ability to write concise, outlet-appropriate content across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email communication and web copy
• Experience with social media platform tools and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Strong grammatical writing skills and proof-reading ability in written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics preferred
• Strong proficiency with PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
