Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Analyst who will be a key member of the Marketing and Sales teams, helping to ensure clear line-of-sight into activities and their business results, with the goal of driving resident acquisition and revenue.
Responsibilities include tracking marketing/advertising costs, tying KPIs to overall business and revenue goals, investigating sales activities and results, and exploring market trends and opportunities.
Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently, utilize a sales process that drives occupancy and revenue, and help us correctly target potential resident families.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
• Work with CRM team to ensure marketing and sales processes are correctly represented with workflow and trackable KPIs
• Develop and manage tools to measure all marketing and sales activities
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of sales and marketing efforts
• Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 7 years in marketing or sales, with relevant experience as an analyst with strong ties to overall sales and marketing efforts
• Ability to quickly understand industry-specific marketing dynamics and incorporate knowledge into all marketing initiatives;
• Track-record of introducing new marketing programs successfully, while on time and on budget;
• Experience managing marketing teams and outside marketing agencies/contractors;
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Track-record of working on aggressive lead generation campaigns directly connected to revenue growth
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline
• Strong proficiency with PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
