Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist with excellent organizational skills, responsible for entry into the AR system to produce resident monthly billing statements and complete month end procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Electronic records for multiple properties (10-15)
• Payment posting for both Private and Medicaid
• Ancillary charge entry
• Monthly Resident statement billing
• Month End Close
• Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
• 3 or more years in accounts receivable billing, preferably senior housing or multifamily housing for multiple locations
• Must have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point, 10 key skills
• Yardi Senior Housing Experience ideal, knowledge of LTC or Assisted Living Medicaid a plus
