Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, who will play a key support role for the Chief Revenue Officer and SVP, HR. Working in all components of administrative support while also providing other functionally (HR-Sales-Marketing) related duties and regular tasks for the team. Opportunities to work on special projects as a continuous variety of specific and current needs arise within the functions supported.

Responsibilities:

Meetings and Calendar management
- Ensuring calendar is up to date and working with leadership and other administrative assistants to prioritize meetings
- Set up meetings with CSL team members, as well as outside organizations
- Secure meeting rooms internally or with outside properties, and ensure meeting has necessary A/V, food and drink, appropriate space, etc.

Administrative duties
- Organizing and ensuring on-time processing of billing documents, and other business documents
- Occasional development of binders, copies, etc.
- Managing expense reports for executives

Travel management
- Work with executives to ensure flights, hotels, etc. are booked in advance
- Assist in occasional immediate travel needs

Recruitment Support
- Works with Talent Specialist to support administrative components of management recruitment process
- Assist in both recurring support functions assigned and also ad-hoc project work related to the recruitment process

Functional Teams Support
- Assist team with projects and needs as requested
- Ensuring all functional team meetings are scheduled regularly, maintaining agendas and ongoing action items

Qualifications:
• High School diploma required
• Experience working within an administrative role within business environment (2+ years of experience preferred)
• Proficiency working with computer technology and an ability to learn new software/technology efficiently
• Strong organizational skills required
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• MS Office with expertise in MS Outlook
• PowerPoint creation preferred
• Ability to edit written documents for grammar and flow
• Ability to work additional hours if needed
