Silicon Staff IT Services in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Sr. Computer System Analyst. Create recommendations, strategies, and detail-level plans for data service architecture enhancements supporting a seamless integrated capability. Develop processes plans & methodologies to design, implement & maintain an enterprise-wide distributed data services environment. Provide tech. recommendations for data federation and synchronization architecture to support integration of applications. Create data-models & configuring the security model so that access to data can be controlled among the system users. Analyze science, engineering, business & other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Analyze user req., procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems & review computer system capabilities, workflow, & scheduling limitations. Analyze & recommend commercially available software. Req: Masters in Comp. Science; Information System or rltd + 1 yr of qualifying exp. Salary $101,379. Job training isn't req.
