Prepare critical analysis and reports to identify project changes, trends, risks, opportunities and develop potential recovery plans for time and cost. Review and process contractor requests for information, shop drawings and submittals. Manage contractor change proposals using Sharepoint change management system. Review contractor schedules using Primavera Enterprise (P6) and verify work progress to confirm the progress with the project schedule and other project records for Earned Value Analysis. Track and update cost information using PRISM system to evaluate projects status relative to baselines and perform variance analysis. Interpret contract drawings, specifications and designs, and ensure the project is constructed according to the project plans, and assist project controls, including budgeting scheduling, and planning.
