Assist with coordination of engineering consultants, make recommendation for changes and for approving plans, specifications and bidding documents. Assist with preparation of statements of qualifications regarding professional engineering, construction inspection and management and materials testing, as needed. Create new and lucid spreadsheets to simplify design process to be reviewed and used by lead professional engineers for construction inspection, management, and materials testing for final design. Write technical reports to be furnished to clients and/or city officials addressing engineering problems and potential solutions, when necessary. Develop and manage scope and assist with handling of client relationships on assigned projects under guidance. Interact with clients to explain design approaches materials testing results, and principles for economical design solutions to be used on projects. Assist with schedule and budgets for projects and in the development of cost estimates. Review field surveys to assist with development of information required for development, design and construction of projects and assist with preparation of reports preparing preliminary feasibility studies for projects. Conduct feasibility research on proposals from clients, document analysis and present to management for cost, and determine if projects can move forward. Assist in the development or implementation of engineering solutions. Identify environment risks and develop risk management strategies for ongoing projects and managing project activities. Coordinating and managing sub contractors and suppliers. Prepare bill of materials weight take-offs, scope of works.

Requirement: Master's degree in Civil Engineer or a closely related field or foreign equivalent + 12 months of experience in the job offered and 12 months of experience in coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers as well as in engineering services during construction.
