Evaluate, design, code, test, and implement software systems and applications and improvements to be used by Texas Attorneys for filing documents to Texas court system using C#, SOAP, C++, SQL Server development, .Net, WEB, API, XML and WCF and Java Script and develop the Front end desktop application using Clarion Programming Language, ABC Template and Clarion Development Tools where needed. Develop the Web service that will communicate with the Texas court system by making use of the Tyler APIs. Test, debug, and plan software systems and applications using software design patterns, style guides and best practices to ensure proper resolve of the systems and applications and ensure all are properly functioning. Research and resolve Texas Attorneys and/or employees from the law firms (clients) reported issues with the software applications/systems and participate in employee support and high level troubleshooting when needed. Document programming/systems application problems and resolutions for future reference. Train the users of the software systems/applications and create and revise technical documentation/user guides/training documents related to the systems and applications for company use.
Maintain records by documenting program development and revisions. Monitor data and reports and manage records so that software can be installed on multiple computers or over a network and accessed on mobile devices. Ensure the integration of secure IT applications/systems/programs are in compliance with applicable security standards and is HIPAA-data storage compliant. Analyze security requirements for multilevel security issues and ensure system is secure. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent + 60 months of experience in the job offered and in the use of C#, C++, SQL Server Development, SOAP, Clarion Development Tools.
