Encompass Core is a direct marketing firm based out of Anaheim California. We're invested with the face-to-face customer acquisition of Assurance Wireless, a subsidiary of T-Mobile. Through our collaborative company culture we strive for the development of our people into entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

This position will require an individual to initially learn the grassroots of our business from an entry level. The individual will then take on a leadership role where he or she will be invested with teaching, training and developing incoming people. The ultimate goal will be for this individual to internally cultivate a marketing force of 6-10 people. Next, the individual will transition to our office setting and learn the internal operation and functions of our company. Lastly, we will assist in the business development of this individual and his or her marketing force.
