As an Agent, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning. Travel Agents handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales. Anyone who is outgoing, motivated, organized and Loves to travel is highly encouraged to apply!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Book air and ground transportation for clients.
• Book hotel reservations for clients in their desired location.
• Become an ambassador for the brand.
• Maintain up to date information within our software.
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios.
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans. 
• Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients.
• Use resources provided to Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients.
• Attend ongoing webinars and trainings with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Trainable and Coachable.
• Organized.
• Business minded is a plus.
• Able to work remotely.
• Able to work with no supervision.
• Computer or smart phone required.
• NO experience needed (all training is provided)
