Utilize technology in data management, business intelligence and data utilization to assist Qral’s clients with product and portfolio positioning, distribution channel strategies, marketing optimizations, commercial operations, organizational designs, asset valuations, deal negotiations, opportunity identifications and more; Gather data sets, formulate and conduct analyses using data to develop commercial strategies; Utilize mathematical modeling and statistical methods to develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of clients’ commercial strategies and operations and facilitate customized technology solutions to further the goals of the developed strategies; Manage projects/analyses by defining project approaches/milestones and deliverables, designing and adapting quantitative analysis approaches to lead commercial strategies, operations and analytics projects, use data extraction/data transformation/data loading and statistical analysis to examine and interpret data for use in development of commercial solutions, determine software/tools to use for commercial data solutions/data analysis and visualization models (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.), and support product and business development of customized solutions; Communicate with partners and clients to identify issues with data solutions, rectify errors, present created solutions or results found from strategies created, coordinate processes/data feeds/data extractions, utilize pharmaceutical and life science sales data in the customization of commercial strategy technological solutions for product/portfolio positioning/distribution channel strategies/commercial operations/asset valuations, and more; Work with internal team of operations IT analysts to develop data schedules, define IT solutions expectations for deliverables, review data output and extractions, support internal solutions capability development efforts, and adjust commercial solutions through client services feedback loop; Review existing commercial infrastructures, specifically business intelligence and analytics systems, identify strategies to create/develop/formalize infrastructure of customer master data management systems/customer facing activities/data inputs/structured inputs, design major business systems (distribution channel management, specialty data aggregation systems, account collections, call centers, patient status, etc.), design and develop customer facing role solutions and system operations; and Configure commercial management information systems and operations research development systems, including master data management system configurations, data hub development, CRM system configurations, report configurations, case management system configurations, data master validation for multiple users, and commercial and data analysis.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent, plus twenty four (24) months of experience in the job offered or related and (2) years of experience in the use of technology in data management, business intelligence and data utilization and in analytics systems – Tableau, CRM Systems.
