Job Summary
Plan, coordinate and prepare construction cost estimates primarily for water and wastewater treatment or other hard bid construction projects.

Review project specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.

Qualifications
5-10 years experience estimating water and wastewater plants
1. Process piping welded and flanged
2. Process equipment installation

. 5-10 years experience in Heavy Industrial
1. Process piping welded and flanged
2. Equipment installation
3. Rigging

. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Estimating, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

. Proficiency with Excel
. Experience with HCSS and/or Timberline Estimating Systems.
. Experience with Primavera Scheduling.
. Miscellaneous Metal and Structural Steel Experience.
. Must have all trades take-off experience.
. Project $ Value experience should be in the $2M - $25M range
. Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material
pricing required.

. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase
orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
. Must thrive in a fast paced work environment.
. Ability to thrive in a team environment and committed to working as a team is critical.
