Click Here to Apply OnlineEstablished engineering firm is looking for a Project Controls Manager to provide technical and administrative management over the cost control engineers, planning engineers and scheduling engineers.
Principle Duties:
1. Oversees the functional, financial and marketing support to assigned Division Manager(s).
2. Makes assignments of personnel for Project Controls tasks and projects.
3. Evaluates personnel performance and makes decisions regarding hiring, promotion, merit increases, termination and training of Project Controls personnel.
4. Leads the development and implementation of systems, procedures and training programs for Project Controls.
5. Interfaces with Senior Management and Division Managers to resolve any significant systematic issues or concerns impacting Project Controls on projects within the Company.
6. Manages the overhead budget for the Project Controls cost center.
7. Provides guidance and direction to all project Controls personnel in the development of their professional potential.
8. Keeps abreast of the state-of-the-art developments in Project Controls including software, by attending meetings and seminars and by soliciting related literature.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum 15 years of experience in the development and execution of cost and schedule control systems. Must have supervisory experience and a BS in Engineering. PE license preferred. Candidate must possess EPC project controls experience.
