The Business Analyst designs, configures, and tests software products for Epic applications supported by a High Performance Team (HPT). Their primary responsibility is to review high-level designs, complete detailed design, construct enhancements where appropriate, coordinate vendor releases, execute tests for those releases/enhancements, and migrate changes to production. Business Analysts are also required to provide production support and resolve problem tickets for those applications to which they are assigned. Business Analysts are expected to develop deep technical and functional skills in support of the applications supported by the HPT. They are also expected to cross-train so that no single Business Analyst is solely knowledgeable in any one application.

Basic Qualifications:

· Epic Professional Billing implementation and support experience.

* Certified in one of the following Epic modules: Prelude/ADT, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, Ambulatory, Optime, Rx, Cadence or Web Apps

· Minimum of 4 years experience in a support, post implementation role



Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:

· Clinical or Health & Life Science experience is an advantage

· Experience with creating Epic facility structure for a multiple campus organization preferred.
