Our client wants a hard-charging individual to grow an existing ISO portfolio. The ideal candidate has successfully grown a merchant portfolio; build out a portfolio; must be a highly motivated, self-starting professional, impact player.
• Ideally, you are currently working successfully within the payments processing industry with an ISO and your success is verifiable.
• Responsible for aggressively pursuing new relationship opportunities with 3rd party resellers (ISO/ISA) and association/franchise partnerships.
• Acquire new ISA relationships utilizing industry publications, tradeshows and various lead sources.
• Will work closely with the ISS Product Liaison and Product Development to determine best-of-class solutions for ISO/ISA partnerships.
Location: remotely
Compensation: commensurate with experience…salary range between $70k to $80k+ flexible $$$ figure based on experience. The bonus structure will be as below: $10/activated MID; $30/activated MID of 2000 in year – true up at the end of the year and $100/activated MID of 3000 in year – true up at the end of the year A typical quota would be 2500-3000 MID’s annually. At quota your w2 would be 250k++ with no limits. Excellent employee benefits, paid holidays, vacation, etc.
Primary objective:
• Establish new associations/partnerships with ISO/ISA/VAR’s on a national basis.
• Help to build the merchant portfolio with profitable, long-term accounts.
• Work closely with other internal departments; Attend industry trade shows when appropriate
• Establish relationships with vendors and any other prospective referral sources
Preferred attributes:
• Bachelor's degree; 4+ years in the acquiring business
• Proven sales history of direct sales and recruiting ISO/ISA and associations
• Highly organized, detailed and goal-oriented
• Exceptionally strong business development and interpersonal skills
• Desire to grow this business
• Ability to work well with others, and in a very fast-paced environment.
