Electrical Engineer

Refinery or Petrochemical exp.
Lead and supervise a project team in all phases of electrical engineering including conceptual design, estimating, equipment specification, detailed design, equipment inspection, field installation, and start-ups
Direct the activities in the planning, scheduling, design quality and execution of a large project or several smaller projects.
Prepare construction packages and monitors that work is according to specifications and standards, schedules are met and work is performed within the budget.
Overall technical responsibility and project execution of all projects assigned.
Perform quality assurance and quality control by checking project documents in accordance with corporate, national and client standards.
Monitor project activities and coordinate manpower and resource assignments to meet project budget and schedule commitments.
Participate in the mentoring of engineering and design personnel.
Prepare specifications, calculations, drawings and construction packages for major and complex structures, systems, equipment, and processes.
Responsible for power distribution, single lines, schematics, area classification, ductbank, grounding, controls, lighting, electric heat tracing, wiring, etc
