Consultant shall be responsible for the full and proper development, implementation and management of all comprehensive SHE regulatory and management programs applicable to the operations at the Trumbull facility outlined below. This shall include all applicable Federal, State and Local legal requirements, Company policies and standards and, any amendments to the foregoing (Laws). Consultant shall provide a primary on-site day-to-day contact person who will be designated the SHE Manager for the facility. Consultant shall be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance of all legally required and Company mandated documentation on SHE training, inspections, reporting, regulatory submissions, audits, and the chemical hygiene program. Consultant shall ensure that its personnel are fit for work and have all applicable licenses, registrations, certifications, training, education, experience and credentials to meet these requirements in compliance with all applicable Laws.Glenn McClain
